The hotel staff was lovely. We were told we were upgraded, but the room was large with poor use of the space. The decor was sparse and there was no closet. There were a mix of curtains on one wall, but only the ones on the edges were actual windows. The bed was VERY COMFORTABLE and we got a good night's sleep. The free cookies in the lobby were good. I would have liked a free breakfast as a titanium member. Overall, not up to usual AC standards.
