第一次选择在 5 星级酒店跨年。
不去人挤人, 站在落地窗前倒数,
城市烟花在夜空绽放,
那种安静与奢华,让这一刻完全值得。
酒店附近是工地,建好以后是一个大型商业区,但是不吵。工作人员服务热情。但是我们入住的房间浴室门把手很锋利,把我和先生的手都割伤了。通过携程联系酒店后,酒店派了三个员工上来,其中一个马来女员工(管理层)来浴室看了一眼,完全没有歉意,就走了,我们一脸懵。携程表示想要跟酒店协调换个房间,但是酒店说现在是晚上,管理层下班了,明早上班后才能处理。感谢携程在过年期间依然陪伴我们,跟酒店周旋,但是作为五星酒店处理方式令人不满。最后的结果是酒店同意我们延迟退房,但是并无歉意。酒店的门把手是统一采购,我们相信不止一个房间有这个问题,希望引起重视,不要再有更多人受伤。
虽然遇到了一些因为携程或者代理平台的问题,但是酒店还是解决了换了大房间,大家必须必须和携程反复确认加床或者类似特殊情况的费用问题,不然事后完全没有证据,会吃亏,酒店解决了问题这要表扬酒店!
非常好的酒店,在会展中心旁边,离市中心大概7公里,打车很方便,酒店房间很大,早餐丰富,室外泳池很漂亮,健身房设施齐全,住了好几晚,非常好的体验,值得推荐。小建议:洗澡的水温更高一点就更完美了。
双卧三卫的布局太适合一大家子住了,两个卧室都带独立卫浴,还有客卫,完全不用抢,大客厅也很宽敞。房间和客厅都能看到双子塔和世界第二高楼,景观超赞!工作人员特别热情,服务满分。
小缺点是空调有点问题,一个房冷一个房热,声音也大,刚进房还有点咸菜味,通风后就好了。整体还是很推荐家庭入住!

携程明明没有要求押金,前台却要求我付200马币押金,而且还必须用信用卡,Alipay还不行。后来我说付现金,人家前台直接说不需要押金了,搞得我莫名其妙!

新开的,酒店房间比公寓味道小一些,公寓的装修味道很重。酒店最大的亮点是服务,反正出门打车对我来说哪里都差不多,周边比较安静,当然配套也少些,外卖。房间还行,就是房间的备品这些非常一般
