What touched me the most was the exceptional warmth of the staff. When they learned I was celebrating my birthday, they went out of their way to prepare surprises, from decorating the room to organizing a heartfelt welcome ceremony. It made my trip unforgettable.
The entire property is built with bamboo, creating a unique, eco-friendly, and nature-immersed atmosphere. As it's newly opened, all facilities are modern, complete, and impeccably clean. The included afternoon tea and breakfast were not only delicious but also elegantly presented—a perfect start and end to each day.
Overall, this has been my favorite hotel experience in Bali. Highly recommended for travelers seeking quality, comfort, and a touch of nature!

照片是酒店帮忙换了床单打扫完后的样子，床上一直有蚂蚁。一开始蚂蚁非常多，还有别的虫子，我只能先把床单上的垫子扔了出去。实际上虫子比看到得多得多…….整个体验极其差，酒店非常得无礼！酒店管理人员全程消失，回复就是不退款！（第二天压根没有住，也不退款…….无礼不负责！！！建议不要住
刚开业三周很有特色的酒店～ 早餐会送到房间，服务态度也超级好！但是毕竟是在丛林里所以肯定会有蚊虫和蚂蚁，可以问前台要驱蚊水。whatsapp上有管家24小时回复消息有什么需求都可以在whatsap跟他们说～
如果能接受开放式虫子比较多的话，一定要来这家，管家式服务，餐厅也是巨好吃我第一次在酒店里滚菜单。算价格比较低的竹屋了吧，感觉以后一定会涨价。

如果你正在考虑入住这家酒店，我强烈推荐🙏🏻。这是我在乌布找到的最好的酒店。它比照片上看起来还要好，也比我想象的还要棒。这里的服务是我这辈子遇到过的最好的；每个人都非常友善体贴，让你感觉宾至如归。
虽然这里是个放松的好地方，但每次离开时都感觉像被父母盘问一样，这让我们非常恼火。“你要去哪儿？”“什么时候回来？”我们都是成年人了，觉得这种做法非常侵犯隐私。我们不会再来了。
