Lovely clean modern apartment with beautiful views of wawel castle, apartment toasty warm despite it being-15 outside . Staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us a late check out and answering any questions promptly. We’ve stayed in several apartments in Kraków and this rates among the best. Will definitely return and recommend.

Accommodation location service all outstanding. Amenities also excellent do well done so soho. Alternatively didn't get clean towels next day! Might be us don't know However would definitely recommend

Just returned from a fantastic week in Krakow with the family (4 of us). We booked this aparthotel and it was seriously the best decision for our trip. Location is Everything! We were perfectly positioned—literally a 5-10 minute walk to both the beautiful Old Town Square and the cool Jewish Quarter. We never needed a taxi or UBER for sightseeing. HUGE plus. The area felt super safe, even when walking back late. Service was friendly. Krakow is amazing, and this aparthotel made the whole experience easy and comfortable. If you’re traveling with family or need space, this is the way to go. Highly, highly recommend!

The apartments looked very different to the photos. The rooms were very tired and hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was food in the kitchen sink, no bin and hairs found in two of the beds. The walls were paper thin so we could hear people coming and going all night. We checked out and days later they contacted us requesting hundreds of pounds for an alleged broken sink. They accused of us of knocking a huge chunk of out of a ceramic sink that would be impossible to do without a hammer or other tool.
