Brand new and kitchen floor coming up. Walls so thin could not sleep could hear everything around me next door, second floor, hallway. Horrible

Stayed 5 nights. Newer hotel but staff needs work. When we asked front desk after 3 days when we might get maid service we were told we were scheduled the day before. I said sorry that didn't happen she said well what do you want me to do about it now? I said how about giving me some toilet paper and schedule a maid for tomorrow? I would have thought she would have thought of that solution. Also same breakfast offerings EVERY DAY. Scrambled eggs and sausage. No pastries, no donuts no muffins just bread for toast. Also no fresh fruit just a bowl of apples that look like they've been there since they opened. Train your front end staff, your housekeeping staff and food area staff. Do that and you might have a Marriott!

Pretty good. The hotel is new but construction did not seem to be of the best quality, or 100% completed. Bad caulking and fixture installation evident all over our two-bedroom suite. Broken (very noisy) bathroom fan in one of the bathrooms - and the second bedroom was advertised as a queen, when it clearly has a smaller bed. Some of the headboard paneling was not yet installed. The water stations in the hallway were empty and not completed. Many other things still seem to be in progress. Staff were ok, not offering a great welcome. Overall, needs work to be a great Residence Inn, fully to brand standard. Gym and pool were very nice!
