2 couple trip to see Denver and ball.games. Our Apartment was perfect! Each couple had own room with very comfortable King beds and very nice bathrooms. We sat outside by firewall at night. Options to pool and hot tub as well as lawn games. We had a great time relaxing here after spending the day in town. Very walkable to many places too.

This Airbnb was terrible from start to finish. The place was messy, loud, and uncomfortable — I could hear the bar downstairs and traffic all night, and the walls and floors were stained and dirty. Even the shower had visible grime. Communication was awful: they never told me about a required “pre‑check‑in” form until I had to reach out myself. Worst of all, they ran fraudulent charges on my card for the same room multiple times. On top of that, they attempted to place additional holds without explanation. Extremely unprofessional and shady business practices. Absolutely the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had.

Check in worked fine. But if there is any problem whatsoever, you must wait on hold for a very long time. Among my problems: wifi password did not work, the room passcode failed after several days of use, I was billed twice. I'm writing this review as I wait on hold about the billing problem after I returned home.

Absolutely trash. Do not stay here or try to book. App doesn’t work, customer success can’t help, you will never actually get in a room. Just do a hotel or airbnb, idk whatever this is, isn’t it. Owned by Marriott you would think they would have a system for this kind of thing
