Ac was not working, when i asked for room change no reply. Bed bugs and cockroaches roaming in the bed. Terrible hotel staff behaviour. Not followed checkin timings. When the room is free, then only allocate.

Nicely managed hotel, well behaved staff, advantage for shopping as it's located close to the market area of panjim. Max tourist places in south mid goa are nearby. Highly recommended.

It's bad experience. No ac remote, no channel in tv, room was very short, hot water is available only in morning time. There is very bad smell in room. Never will stay again in this hotel

Very bad experience. Hotel staff is very arrogant. They deny to provide the towels and soaps etc for children, even though the room is booked including child and payment also taken for child. They ask cusyomers to carry the towels and soaps for child from their home.

The location is very good. The room is clean, but not immaculate clean Random small cockroaches in both the rooms. And the attitude at the front desk guy is i'll send someone to clean it. The cockroaches are inside the wooden parts and no one will be able to "clean" it, without spraying pesticides, which becomes a nightmare if you are in the room. Hot water is not really hot, but manageable. Breakfast is decent. But really it was way better 5-6 years ago. Needs some small changes to make it better

Room allotted was very very small in size. Also small bed size with old type window ac in the room. I recommend to all not to select this property as it is old structure and congested rooms.
