The two-night accommodation offered a comfortable bed; however, the pillows could be enhanced to better accommodate individual preferences, as they were perceived as too flat. The recently renovated room was spacious, including a generously sized balcony. Additionally, the shower provided excellent water pressure and temperature regulation.

Your hotel came highly recommended by my late grandmother and her daughter. They’ve stayed here before and loved it as did we. The view of the mountains right outside the window. And even though we were on the second floor, the ramp instead of stairs was so much easier to navigate. We were there to visit Cades Cove on the one year anniversary of my mother’s passing and I loved the fact that we were so close. Thank you to the state of Tennessee for making our trip to the Cove possible on this occasion. We will return!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very nice. We had an issued with our room and they gave us new room that was an upgrade and discount. Outstanding service.

Staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is they air be turned on before guests arrive. There was a bit of a "musty" odor, but I usually have a can of air freshener so it was not a huge deal. Overall it is a cozy little place we'd definitely stay again.

Best kept secret!

This place is an absolute delight! We've stayed in Townsend 10+ years (houses always with our large family) but we're now empty nesters and grabbed this place on whim. It has everything you'd need to enjoy the area and we'll absolutely be back!
