En tant qu’appart hôtel et non hôtel traditionnel, le ménage n’est pas effectué quotidiennement. Un ménage est réalisé avant votre arrivée et après votre départ. Pour les séjours d’une semaine, un ménage de mi séjour avec renouvellement du linge et des serviettes est inclus.Des ménages supplémentaires sont bien entendu possibles, moyennant des frais additionnels.Par ailleurs, nous mettons à disposition une messagerie dédiée permettant à nos voyageurs de nous contacter à tout moment. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas été sollicités à ce sujet pendant votre séjour, et nous aurions pu vous informer plus en détail et éventuellement organiser un service adapté à votre besoin.Nous restons à votre disposition et espérons avoir l’occasion de vous offrir une meilleure expérience à l’avenir.Edgar's team

预定时备注了高层房间，但还是给我一层房间（0层）。给我的房型卫生间没有干湿分离，洗完澡的水会弥漫整个地面！
公寓位于15区 整体很舒适，公寓门口有密码锁比较安全。是我喜欢的风格，下次会入住不同的房型！
如此恶心的酒店，厕所里居然有屎，水桶按压后好一点，一会又返回来了。和携程多次沟通，酒店说周末没人处理。携程也尽力了，只是这个酒店的服务和标准实在太糟糕了。为了视觉干净，我就不传图了
入住这个酒店，大家要注意。连续住，他不会每天过来给你打扫，如果要打扫要付费。真的太坑。

我们很喜欢这套公寓；四个人住有点挤，四个行李箱也不太好整理。
厨房设施齐全：炉灶、抽油烟机、洗碗机、冰箱、餐具、烤面包机、胶囊咖啡机和电水壶。
公寓里有点冷，不过有暖气。
我们的要求都得到了满足，工作人员反应迅速。
入住当天我们等了一会儿才打扫干净，但除此之外，一切都很顺利。
他们贴心地准备了欢迎卡和一盒巧克力。
洗衣房在负一层，垃圾也可以在同一层扔掉。
公寓100米外就有一家超市，非常方便。
我们一家人去旅行，发现这家酒店舒适又现代。我强烈推荐，下次去巴黎我肯定还会住这里。我强烈推荐埃格利斯酒店。
地理位置优越，靠近地铁站。如果您想欣赏大楼景观，请选择“公园景观”房间。公寓宽敞舒适。
公寓门厅灯火辉煌，冬日回门，备极温馨。设备齐全，床很舒服。
太棒了！我肯定会再次体验。强烈推荐给家庭游客。
