Complaint several times but no solution. I had to call from my personal number for any service. Toilet was stinking like hell. It took more than 30 mins to serve tea. In the room it was mentioned the breakfast time from 7:30 but staff said they will provide only after 8:30. Treebo has put in their room but hotel rules are different. Treebo should act on this and they should not degrade the quality over profit.

Didnt expected the property to be so good, the hotel was one of the things in my trip to lucknow really appreciate the work they put on me wonderful

The ambience of the glhotel is great,staff is helpful price is good everything that is there is perfect really a good place to stay with friends, family or business and after that we can get the good view also I have a great day at this property.
