Gorgeous Spot!! Paudie was so helpful 🙂 We stayed in the middle of winter (3 degrees) and it was still toasty in the pods and hot tub was fab. Used the sauna too to warm up beforehand. Stayed in there for 2 hours and wasn’t cold in the slightest. Everything was clean and aesthetically decorated. It was a lovely private getaway for our anniversary ❤️

Fantastic place to stay!

Very clean, quiet, beautiful spot with all the amenities one could want. Pods are so nicely done and property feels like a private guest retreat! Sauna and hot tub with spectacular views. Outdoor seating a propane fire pit on the main house veranda is so cozy. The main house is relaxing and comfortable with a spacious, very usable kitchen, ample seating for dining and a great living area to sit indoors. Many special touches to make your stay enjoyable, along with excellent communication and welcome from Paudie!

Stayed here for a night this month. What a different but lovely experience. The pods are perfectly sized and equipped with what you would need inside ie bed, sofa/pull out bed, private bathroom, kitchen sink and kettle along with a small tv for watching Netflix etc . Fans are also provided as it can get warm inside. There is a large communal area. This has a kitchen and living area. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook yourself and the living area is cosy. The outside area has a fire pit for a cosy evening and if you want to toast some smores (which are delish!) and also a pizza oven etc blankets are also provided for colder evenings. We did ask for a pizza box after arrival but for 1 person (it’s usually for 2) to suit our dietary requirements and Paudie understood and happy to do it for us! The star of the show is the spa area. There is a large hot tub that seats 6 people if required along with a sauna, outside shower and changing area. The views are amazing! You can book in your hourly slot and without being greedy if it’s not overfull at the end of the night you can book in a 2nd slot 😉 From start to finish Paudie couldn’t do enough for us. He was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us around all the facilities and where our pod was. He asked what we were doing for the evening and when we advised we were taking a stroll to the local pub he offered us a lift down and back up. We did walk down but the roads are not very pedestrian friendly so we did accept the lift back which we were grateful for! Everyone we encountered was very friendly! It’s not your usual night away/hotel stay but it is something different to do and enjoy!

Amazing stay here in 2024. Gina and Paul recommended as it’s Paul’s brother Padraig who owns this . Pods are incredible , amongst the most amazing scenery. The outdoor hot tub and sauna , made this visit the most memorable pod experience we have ever had

We stayed as a group for a friends 50th and from planning the trip to the end of stay we were treated like royalty! The owners Tracy and Paudie go out of their way to make all guests feel welcome and looked after and are great craic to add to the mix! The facilities are second to none. Each pod gives a stunning view of the Comeragh Mountains. You can book your own private time in the sauna, steam room and outdoor jacuzzi, again with spectacular views of the area. The common area/kitchen was ideal for our get together and we will definitely be back. A fantastic retreat for a group, as a couple or as a family. A trip like no other with fantastic memories.

From booking to checking out everything was perfect! We stayed for a 40th birthday, I had rang in advance and asked could I post some decorations down and asked would they kindly put them in the pod, which they did. The owner text the morning we were to check to let him know when we're about 15 minutes away, we arrived at about 3ish and got shown to the pod, brought up to the hot tub area and shown around the communal area. The pods are absolutely gorgeous, I know they are open a few years, but everything still looks brand new! everything you need in the pods and the communal area is fantastic, I've never seen anything like this, you could cook a full meal! Plenty of places to sit around with lovely fire pits. I highly recommend this wonderful place, we are already looking to book again next year!

Host was amazing. Such a unique accommodations. Wonderful idea for a single family or a group of families. So many extra features available to make your stay perfect. Wonderful setting and piece of paradise.

Pods aren’t just for aliens!

The pod was spotless and cozy. Owners’ son was friendly and helpful. Nice to have access to some streaming services. Would recommend to owners they build a boardwalk or add better drainage to path to pods to make easier access on rainy days. Overall gorgeous and quiet location.
