Firstly, a big complaint about the service. During check in, the male staff member at the reception counter was perfunctory, rather impatient and reluctant to answer questions about the scenic area. Little information was provided during check in and we were quickly led away to another staff member to show us the way to our room. The next morning when asking questions about booking shows, the female staff member was similarly impatient and perfunctory, giving poor service despite the efficiency and how quickly she booked our show. In the afternoon, we were trying to figure out how to use the washing machine in the laundry room and asking 2 staff members they fobbed us off on reception claiming they did not know how to assist. When we approached reception, they again brushed us off telling us to wait in the laundry room and they would arrive shortly to assist. We waited for some time but no staff came. Luckily, a fellow guest was using the facility and could offer the necessary assistance, no thanks to the staff. For a premium hotel much more expensive than others we've booked in China, I am downright irritated by the service offered by the staff at reception and the front counter, both the night and day shifts. Suggest management reprimand and improve service provided.
Cleanliness wise, the room and hotel facilities are well cleaned and maintained. Facilities are also new and look well maintained. Upgrading works and renovation were also being done outside in the hotel's courtyard which is a good sign but did not disturb our stay. Housekeeping also cleaned the room well during our second day, though they only started rather late after 3 pm. Location wise convenient and smack dab in Chikan Resort and Scenic Area. Also convenient because shuttle service is provided to and from the North Gate to the hotel's reception building. Amenities provided are also satisfactory and well stocked, with the breakfast provided with the stay offering a well provisioned and diverse menu serving the guests.
荣安和长盛应该是同一管理公司的,入住也去长盛的前台。房间挺大卫生还不错,这个价位很满意。我房间望出去能看到最高的荣安碉楼,还能上去碉楼往下拍照,拍到酒店。节目多,可以逛一天,看完火秀再慢慢回酒店真的舒服。第二天还能继续逛,只要18点前离开就行
先说好的地方,性价比还是可以,毕竟送了3张门票和早餐,停车也免费,可以耍2天,不好的地方:1、春节期间优惠活动大幅缩水,剧场预约从每天2场降低到1场,也不送当当车了,而且自己买当当车票也不是当天能多次使用了,只能坐一次车。2、酒店档次就是招待所水平,谈不上啥服务,早餐更是跟抢一样,不过在景区内也可以理解。3,春节期间人太多了,到处都是人,吃饭不光是贵,还人多,要等比较久。总之,适合淡季错峰游一下,春节期间真不太推荐。
春节期间,开平房价涨幅50%-300%,为了更好的游玩赤坎古镇,选择住在景区内,荣安似乎是最便宜的。
房型估计是工作人员宿舍改的,只能说过得去。
早餐和长盛酒店一起,一位难求,人实在太多了。
原本酒店接驳车在北门,一路堵到北门,停车场满,改西门,接驳车来不急,出现插队抢座,工作人员也不制止。
房间很大,两个洗手台,洗手间和浴室分开,住的很满意,古镇没有两天真的玩不完,毕竟剧场没有两天根本看不完。每个剧场,都非常精彩,而且设施设备非常高级用心,很震撼。弄不明白那些差评是怎么来的。环境也非常好,吃的也不错。我觉得赤坎古镇做的非常用心。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

订得亲子房,送三张门票,三张铛铛车车票,三分早餐,还送了一份扎染方巾的亲子体验,性价比非常高,所以酒店会稍微简陋一点,但是我们房间阳台看出去就是湖景,还是非常不错的。住在古镇里面第一天可以一直逛,一直看演出。漂亮衣服可以第二天穿,因为第二天早上游客非常少,拍照都不用等。
来之前本以为赤坎古镇只是个商业化的古镇,实际体验后远超预期。这里有丰富的沉浸式体验项目,不只是单纯的古镇游览,通过各类演出观赏和特色参观体验,能深入了解侨乡的历史文化,也让我对碉楼有了更多认识。景区的管理特别细致到位,住宿办理、摆渡车接送等环节都很顺畅。住宿还附赠门票和铛铛车体验,美中不足的是没能体验到蓝染方巾的项目,稍有遗憾。
古镇内景色很美,买的套餐超划算,包括两个成人门票300元,铛铛车一层两位车票100元,钢琴咖啡两杯,两人早餐,早餐相丰富,住宿一晚,预约两场情场剧,我约了“摩登时代”看了“醒狮少年和火秀”,值得推荐。

酒店的位置不错,离北门停车场近,房间挺大,有阳台,阳台上可以看到最标志的建筑碉楼和乌篷船,性价比很高,早餐不错,演出太棒了,新年的氛围也好棒!值得推荐
首先,我要对服务提出严重不满。办理入住时,前台的男工作人员态度敷衍,很不耐烦,也不愿意回答关于景区的问题。入住期间提供的信息很少,我们很快就被带到另一位工作人员那里,让他带我们去房间。第二天早上,当我们询问如何预订演出时,那位女工作人员同样不耐烦,态度敷衍,尽管她办事效率很高,很快就帮我们订好了演出,但服务态度依然很差。下午,我们想弄明白洗衣房里的洗衣机怎么用,问了两位工作人员,他们都敷衍地把我们推给前台,说他们不知道怎么帮忙。我们去找前台,他们又一次敷衍了事,让我们在洗衣房等着,说他们马上就来帮忙。我们等了一会儿,却没有人来。幸好有一位客人正在使用洗衣房,帮了我们,这可不是工作人员的功劳。 这家酒店比我们在中国预订的其他酒店贵得多,但前台和接待处工作人员的服务却让我非常恼火,无论是日班还是夜班都是如此。建议管理层训诫并改进服务。
