I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Mahendra, Raipur. We had booked an Executive Room for two colleagues with separate beds, but upon arrival, we found that they had already allotted the room to someone else. When we questioned them, their only response was that we could cancel the booking if we wanted — hardly the professionalism you expect.
Reluctantly, we took the available room. However, the problems didn't end there. The smart card lock was missing, and the manual key was faulty, constantly getting stuck and making it very difficult to use the door properly.
The bathroom was another disaster — the shower diverter was malfunctioning and water was leaking badly. They sent a repair person who simply said the issue couldn’t be fixed and suggested changing rooms. But with no other rooms available, we were forced to manage somehow.
The call service response was very poor too — most of the time, no one even answered the phone.
Overall, booking through MakeMyTrip and staying at this property turned out to be extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Hotel Mahendra to anyone expecting basic professionalism, maintenance, or customer service.

Very poor service was received in this hotel, the behavior of the hotel manager and receptionist was terrible, the service staff here is of no use, if any complaint is made then the matter is not heard, they charge around 400 rupees for food but give a plate worth 80 rupees from Zomato, I will not let anyone know that someone should stay here.

After booking royal superior room we got room with leakage, reception and restaurant was not picking call , lunch was served in a plastic meal box like travel pack, no amenities were provided before room checkin, after telling all this in reception they said they will manage something but didn't do anything
Tv was not working properly continuously getting close, room key was not working we had to open it by manual key, room freshner is also not available, Terrible experience after booking royal superior room.

The provided me a room which was not cleans. Bugs were there in the bed. Ceiling was broken. And also when i asked for the bill, they said they don’t provide bill as it was booked. Really bad stay.
