Hotel shuttle took way too long given the hotel is 1 mile from airport. Once here staff was friendly and property was inviting. Newer hotels make my wife happy

Ms. Brandy the assistant manager made my stay here amazing. I came in and she helped me with all the questions I had asked. She a very pleasant person. I'll be patronizing this location every time I visit st. Louis from here on out

Overall, this was the best stay I've had in St. Louis in a very long time the staff were nice. Hotel was very clean, bed super comfortable. And great breakfast option for people that don't eat pork.

The entrance started ok I was giving a key to a room that someone else was already occupying that was a red flags, second I was charged way more that what I booked once I got in the room it was ok however the water was stopped up in the sink after using, I was scared to shower didnt want the shower to stop up, tried to idolize. the swimming pool and it was so nasty u could see the stuff floating in the water. I wouldn’t stay at this location at all

Housekeeping did not clean the room on the 2nd day, we requested for service, she entered the room but did not clean it.
