We purposely booked this room in the middle of a long road trip for a treat and nice home made dinner for two. The stove kept turning off and locking every few minutes. I asked at the desk for instructions and they sent up a nice worker, but she could not get the stove to stay on either. We moved our half cooked dinner to another room, and the stove situation was the same. I finally microwaved the rest of the dinner. Manager pictures on this site show a King Suite having a nice bar where two people can enjoy a nice dinner together. In reality, I had to eat in a lounger with a tray and my husband ate at the desk. So when booking this "comforts of home" hotel, know there is no pool, no breakfast, no oven (we almost bought frozen pizzas), no close liquor store, no wine or beer in the hotel pantry if you'd like a glass with dinner, no table for two to eat in the "King Suite" rooms. The large Manager photo of the beautiful breakfast area is nice, but there is no breakfast. All that being said, the sheets were clean, the TV was large (about 46 inches), the workers were nice enough, the shower pressure was pretty good. Shower was walk in with no tub. Towels were nice with Dove Soap products, and the room and kitchen were clean.

Hotel had only opened 3 weeks earlier. Room was clean, kitchen is nice. They call the beds Queen size, they are NOT! Some kind of special "Hotel Queen" very small. Check in person not friendly at all, informed me of a $50. incidental charge that will be refunded at check-out, I'm a IHG member and they have your credit card why the charge? When you book the room there is no mention of any $50. charge. At check-out was informed again that the charge would be refunded right at time of check-out. So I'm still waiting for that refund, just spent 45 Minutes on a chat, got no where, charge is still on my card, will dispute tomorrow with credit card company. Maybe they need time to count the paper towels we used so they can deduct the cost. There are much nicer places in Billings Montana. If I want problems I'll stay at a Super ***
都很好,就是没有早餐有点遗憾。
