Very nice place! Will return next trip to Taos. Would have a suggestion however……the $30/day “amenities” fee is for the pool, hot tub and gym, all of which we did not use. Felt like that $60 could have been offered as an extra with its own entry card or something. The final price was kind of a shock $$

From my first experience with the front desk to housekeeping, in the entire staff. I found them to be friendly, attentive, and responsive throughout my 10 days stay. Thank you so much, Santiago, to you and your professional staff.

Excellent, well appointed room with a fireplace, excellent tv. Nice bar and restaurant in the hotel. We will keep this one in mind for future trips

Wow, just wow. This place proves that an older property can be brought back to life with thoughtful, creative and professional renovation. We had a great stay here; comfortable bed, large room, beautiful bath. The outdoor courtyard grounds and pool are nicer than the photos show.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at Hotel Willa, which is conveniently located within walking distance of places to eat, shops and galleries. Our king/fireplace room is elegantly designed and the bed was very comfortable; we appreciated having a mini-fridge, as we don’t think all of the rooms have one. If you want absolute quiet, especially in early mornings and late evenings, don’t stay in a ground-floor room as the ceiling isn’t well insulated and guest movements upstairs, depending on how active they are, can be annoying. The overall layout and landscaping of the grounds is gorgeous with a relaxing and peaceful vibe—one of the best in all our travels. Suggestion: the grounds (and parking areas) could use a few strategically placed trash receptacles. Our crispy chicken and burger lunch at restaurant Juliette was yummy. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the pet-friendliness and EV-charging amenities are a real plus!

We loved this hotel! The room was beautiful with a really warm vibe. We only spent one night there and decided to hang out in the pool and hot tub for the afternoon because it seemed so lovely. Everyone at the pool was so friendly. Pool bar service was over when we were there though. We got a drink at the hotel bar because it looked so welcoming. And in the morning, we got delicious pastries and a matcha at the coffee bar before checkout. The one negative is they actually deactivated our room keys about 15 minutes before checkout and we hadn't packed up the car yet so had to go get them to fix the cards. Not sure why they did that when it wasn't past checkout. The bed was comfortable but on the firm side. It also seemed like it was shorter than normal as someone else suggested. My 6-ft boyfriend just barely fit. We were in a fireplace room so not sure if they had to make the bed shorter to make room for that or we just imagined this. The headboard stuck out a bit so maybe some inches of mattress were under the headboard. To address some negative reviews I saw, our room had a mini fridge. Perhaps they hadn't gotten them in when they first opened. We also did not get charged for wifi. They still don't have coffeemakers in the room, but you could get free coffee in the lobby.

We struggled to find a decent hotel in Taos with many having bad reviews recently. ChatGPT suggested this hotel an old ‘60,s motel Refurbished to a high standard. We really enjoyed our time here the room decor felt high end and modern but still reflected the motels past and the surrounding area. We didn’t use many of the facilities like the pool but the gym was decent and we really liked Juliette the in house restaurant. Service was good and the location was excellent about 15 minute walk to the downtown area plus a large smiths supermarket was directly opposite and very handy. It’s fair to say there are not things like tea making facilities in the room but we thought the hotel generally made up for that

Newly rennovated/painted. No in room phone, coffee machine, refrigerator, or microwave. Internet speed just so/so. Largely empty but unable to check in a bit earlier at 1pm vice 3pm. Comfortable bed. Weekends are pricey at $375/night vice week days at $200.
