我们一家人于2025年8月22日至25日在此住了3晚。
这家酒店与其说让人惊喜，不如说让人失望。
房间地板很脏，我试着用纸巾擦掉地上的碎屑，结果纸巾都变黑了。泳池边和沙滩上的躺椅少得可怜，度假者只能把毛巾铺在草坪上。酒店区域几乎没有遮荫的树木，整个地方都暴露在烈日之下。
我喜欢的一点是，泳池里有一个带沙子的浅水区，非常适合小孩子玩耍。不过到了晚上，这个区域就很脏了，有薯片包装袋和其他小垃圾。我觉得一个号称五星级的酒店不应该出现这种情况。
我还目睹了一件令人不快的事情……一个大约1岁半的小女孩在水深只到膝盖的地方差点溺水，两名安全员都没有发现。幸好她妈妈（当时正有人给她送来酒吧的饮料）及时反应过来救了她。
唯一的优点是窗外景色一流，还有私人阳台，可以直接通往海滩或泳池。我强烈建议酒店经理在一楼的阳台门上安装带钥匙的锁。虽然有这种快速通往海滩的便利，但我们却无法锁门。
我完全不推荐这里的晚餐自助餐，菜品选择少，价格贵，而且没什么好吃的。烧烤师傅把鱼和海鲜烤得又干又焦。红酒像水一样，最好还是单点。花了1,300,000越南盾（不含酒水），我只吃了一点西瓜🤪。
海水温暖、干净、水浅。需要游很远才能没过肩膀。下午3点以后会有浪，大家都只是散步，不怎么游泳了。
早餐也让人失望。几乎没什么可吃的。没有人为你煎薄饼，煎蛋卷要按菜单点。早餐充其量只能算3星级。我们的房间可以进入商务酒廊。这类客人的早餐是在单独的餐厅享用，我希望主餐厅（所有客人都去那里用餐）的菜品选择会更好一些。他们建议我们多付400,000越南盾/人去主餐厅用餐。
这家酒店离所有地方都非常远，开车需要20-30分钟。附近除了酒店自己的餐厅，没有其他像样的餐馆。我不会向任何人推荐这个地方，也不会再来了。
工作人员非常好，乐于助人。早餐很棒。房间很大，干净，视野也很好。泳池非常漂亮干净。我们住得很愉快。
酒店房间可以看海，酒店干净整洁舒适，环境不错，服务员态度很好，前台可以帮忙购买到下龙湾游玩的邮轮票。
这家酒店不错，员工很友好，总是乐于助人。酒店的食物很好吃，但价格有点偏高。酒店周边没什么可逛的，但总的来说住得很愉快。
那又怎么了*******订的豪华特大床房。房间面积、卫生都不错。尤其卫生间大。服务也很好。但问题：中央空调噪音大大，五星新酒店，没想到中央空调这么差。还有，早餐够吃，但品种不丰富，一般过的去。但对于新开的五星这种早餐，品质还是差点
这是我在越南住过最好的酒店之一。简直太完美了！我找不到更好的词来形容了。就是完美无缺！
阳台的景色很棒，住得很愉快。酒店很新，很干净，员工英语流利。
位置很好！
一次美妙的住宿体验！
酒店设计精美，员工年轻、有礼貌，而且非常友好。房间现代典雅，色彩搭配很有品味，整洁又通透。我特别喜欢带海景的私人阳台，景色令人惊叹。
最令人印象深刻的莫过于早餐了，非常美味，超出了我的预期。
强烈推荐给所有寻求放松舒适住宿的人！
