We travelled to Budapest for the Christmas market and this did not disappoint. However we chose to stay at the Oasis Luxe Boutique Suites by BQA. Although the accommodation was in walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to see it did not meet our expectations at all. In fact staying ruined our holiday. On arrival it took the accommodation 1 hour to provide us with the correct access codes to enable us to enter our room. I found this unacceptable. The accommodation was clean and tidy but the exterior of the accommodation was far from clean and tidy and in fact with all the rubbish lying outside was a potential trip hazard. The accommodation shares a building with a youth hostel which was an experience as there were people coming and going at all times of the day and night and youth hostel was on full time party mode at night with youth hostel residents standing outside the window of our accommodation smoking and drinking throughout our stay. To access the room we were allocated by the accommodation we had to walk up to the very top, 5 floors up. The lift was not operational and stairs had little or no light. I had to use the torch on my phone to make sure we were safe going up and down the stairs. We paid extra for breakfast but we should not have bothered. The breakfast is at a restaurant 10 minutes away and the menu we were offered was extremely limited. For someone like me with food intolerances it was incredibly difficult to find something to eat. The restaurant is very strict on what they offer residents of the accommodation and even charge for a tiny piece of butter. All in all I wouldn't recommend this accommodation and you should avoid this accommodation at all costs.

这是我在欧洲租过最好的公寓了。前台工作人员Reza先生人非常好，也很友善，他真的尽力为客人提供最好的服务。他带我下楼，仔细教我如何用密码开每一道门，还帮我把23公斤重的行李搬上去，真的非常重。他还送了我几瓶饮料。非常感谢！强烈推荐！非常感谢Reza，你做得太棒了，你是最棒的！
