First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem.
Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon).
Close to the tram stop that takes you into Bordeaux central and a Careforre City is close by.
Kitchen is a little sparse for a major cook, but find for a typical holiday meal.

真是糟糕的一周。我们8月17日星期日抵达，在34华氏度（约1摄氏度）的高温下开了6个小时的车，结果发现没有冷水洗澡，也没有空调，尽管这里是南方。
第二天早上我们见了经理，她态度极其恶劣，简直是噩梦。第二天冷水恢复了，但整整一周，我们每天早晚都要放10分钟的冷水才能勉强洗个澡……
总之，我们提前一天离开了，23号就还了钥匙，而不是24号。
请问您能否帮我们争取一些补偿？
