It’s a very comfortable hotel on Kondhwa area. I’ve stayed here twice and I will be happy to come back. Their buffet breakfast has good variety and is of good quality. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Very Good Stay, excellent staff. Food is really sumptuous! Breakfast has all the options required including hot counters serving fresh omlette. Dinner (Lunch) has ample options even if you go for their MAP plan they will serve you everything from Soup, Starters, Main Course & Dessert. Main course has multiple courses. Chef Amit Singh really cooks delicious food items in Lunch & Dinner hot freshly server meals. Rooms are clean, staff is courteous. New properly very nicely done. Just that they don't have shoe shiners as of now. Maybe they will keep in the future and also laundry timings can be improved it takes almost 1.5 days to get them back. Rest it was a good stay As I stayed for long, comfortable and great location also. Everything you can get in walking distance or hardly Rs. 50 autorickshaw even there is mall and cinema theatre! Cheers to the team & Management. Tariffs are also very affordable, Mr. Amol Bhosle & Ms. Nikita they are really great in accommodating guests even at the last minute. Hats off to their service and quality standards.

We booked The Beacon through MakeMyTrip for a short stay in Pune. The interiors are neat and clean, but the overall experience was far from satisfactory. The room was miniature in size with no window, giving a closed, prison-like feeling. The design looks fine on the surface but fails in basic comfort. The study table and chair are so close that sitting itself becomes awkward, with barely any legroom. If you are expecting a hotel even half of what is shown in the pictures, be ready for a shock. The actual rooms are much smaller and lack ventilation or space to move around. I am still trying to figure out what this hotel is supposed to be. If it is a luxury hotel, why are the rooms so tiny? And if it is a budget hotel, why is the fare above ₹4000 per night? The pricing and positioning make no sense. There is a clear shortage of staff. The reception attendant himself collects baggage from the car, carries it to the room, takes meal orders, serves the food, and even manages guest check-ins. The same person seems to handle multiple duties at once, which reflects poor management and operational strain. I even saw the kitchen staff refusing to come out because of excessive workload. To add to the confusion, this property, though newly started in March 2025, still does not have a proper printed menu. The so-called menu is just a few freshly printed A4 sheets, which gives the impression of an unfinished setup rather than a professionally run hotel. The functional design is equally disappointing. I asked for a change in table but was told it could not be changed. I requested to sit in the lobby, which they allowed, but there was not a single charging point available. When they finally showed me a sofa with a charging point, there was no table there. And to top it all, there is no mirror in the room—an unbelievable omission in any hotel category. Every small detail feels neglected, as if little thought went into designing this property. Even basic digital facilities are handled carelessly. The room’s Wi-Fi password did not work, and instead of resolving it properly, the staff asked me to connect using the Wi-Fi of another guest room. I found this completely insecure and unprofessional, as it exposes guests’ data privacy to unnecessary risk. Finally, the approach to the hotel itself is discouraging. The access road looks like the entry to a slum area, narrow and unkempt, which immediately kills any sense of arriving at a quality property. The staff members were polite and well-meaning, but clearly overstretched. The breakfast spread was limited, food quality average, and the eating area doubles as a cramped lobby. The property is located off the main street, with poor accessibility and no surrounding appeal. Overall, the property looks better online than in person. It may work for a short business halt, but for couples or families, it feels restrictive, confusing in identity, understaffed, unfinished, insecure, and overpriced.
