My wife and I arrived on New Year's Eve to be told they were overbooked and they didn't have a room for us! This is despite booking the room in October. They offered us a room in Hickstead 10 miles away, impossible for our party plan. We ended up sleeping on a friend's floor, we are aged 70 and 65, not fun. This ridiculous overbooking policy is heartless. Travelodge should be ashamed.

Travelodge employs a parking company to manage the hotel car park a company who operates with incompetence Be warned they frequently issue parking charges to people who have done nothing wrong and when you refuse to give in to their bullying they send you a County Court claim Whatever you do don`t have the Absolute Audacity to take your car out of the hotel car park during your stay and then come back in as that will definitely trigger a parking charge. Travelodge should be Thoroughly Ashamed of themselves using this company to bully guests.

We are a couple that booked and stayed in an accessible room for three nights at this hotel and the positives are, the size of the room and the bed which was comfortable. The negatives however are, no hot water in our bathroom sink, the heating was inadequate and despite trying to increase the room temperature our room stayed cold. My partner has underlying health conditions which made it worse. We left our top up card on the door at 10 am each morning as we needed the essentials but that was not done. The parking is a joke to be fair. I understand it's on a first come first serve basis but people pay for a space and as we required a disabled space these were always taken. I was offered an alternative space which was not lit up and I believe quite difficult to access. The breakfast has everything apart from adequate space for everyone to enjoy it and we had to wait for items to be replenished. The staff in the main are friendly.

Clean rooms, easy check in, does exactly what it says on the tin. Would return next time we’re in Brighton working in the area

Room and bathroom filthy, black mould in the bathroom, loads of cobwebs above bed. Extractor fan was ridiculously loud. First and last time staying here.

It’s not a great hotel, it’s very basic hostel type accommodation, what do you expect but it was clean enough. The staff were great, just the place to stay for one or two nights.

Mediocre but is a convenient location for Brighton City centre with a bus stop almost outside. It gives the appearance of being run into the ground to generate maximum cash. Negatives: looking very tired, in need of a make over, the room was cold, the electric heater turned off every few minutes, the bathroom was freezing with no heating, the shower sealant was black in places, the free WiFi was for only 30 mins, the tv screen was miniscule, the hotel door was difficult to navigate with baggage & the parking app. didn't work (there are machines)

Very friendly staff A young staff member Inatu was exceptional extremely polite, dedicated to her job and energetic and precise in all she did. Such a pleasure and a credit to Travelodge
房间几大
环境还好
工作人员非常友好,乐于助人。我们甚至被允许把度假时带的自行车安全地存放在房间里!
