Terrible service and unacceptable behaviour from a big hotel chain, they cancelled my booking out of the blue yesterday without any notices or any solution even I booked this hotel 5 months ago so we're now very stressful about finding another place to stay for the Half marathon coming up which makes all hotels fully booked :)

I booked in May this hotel for September, and they just cancelled out of the blue my reservation one month before. This is incredible as no other accommodation are available at the same price. That's why I booked in advanced months ago. They can be trusted, not reliable. Be aware, don't book here unless you want to have your plans cancelled
