This property is far off from city, nothing is near by ,in emergency you will be helpless, service is poor, electricity problem i don't recommend it actually its a residential appartement in 12th floor they Made it hotel

The hotel had multiple issues.
Firstly: cleanliness
Secondly: Non coordination of staff
Thirdly: Inadequate facilities in the room
Fourthly: Untrained staff causing delays.
Also, I was made to shift twice.
inconvenient location. Proper Approach road is not there. Building appears to be still under construction.

new property,clean and new rooms,but the draw back 😞 dreadful drawback,no water in the toilet till 9.30 AM in the morning missed an important buisness meeting,checked in at approximately 12 midnight and had to make umteen calls to get a towel...no proper room for breakfast, breakfast was ok..ok I would say. Access to the property is terrible... parking was easy though.

The location of the property is little away from the Solapur City but connected well. Highway side property, but access from the highway is difficult as there is no concrete road from the highway. my car got scrub twice on the U turn from the highway.

We took breakfast only and It was really tasty

As the property is new, The rooms are neat and clean. Looks like it is a service apartment, and the hotel is on the 12th floor, so you get a nice city view from the above.
Service:
It is really bad. the housekeeping staff is not attentive, the security guard is not attentive as well and in the parking area did not guide you well. Rooms are on the 12th floor, reception is on the ground floor, the kitchen is on the 11th floor and the restaurant area is on the 1st floor which creates a lot of mess as there is no proper direction. Hotel Management really needs to work on this. The staff behaviour is average and not very supportive.

We liked the hotel very much and it's on highway so we are able to commute our next destination very easily. Our room is very neat and clean well organised.

Stay was very comfortable and hotel was very good. Staff behaviour was also good. The view and the rooms were UPTO the mark.

I had booked at the last minute . The property is new and great. The stay is at the 12th floor and the view is great .
