Comfortable and convenient

The place is exactly as seen in photos. Very clean and perfect for family with kids. Parking is in a gated garage so that was great too.

Perfect getaway!

The place was clean and easy to find. We had such a great stay, the unit had plenty of blankets which was really nice to have with young kids. Short drive to Disney and great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We felt safe and really appreciated the extra amenities provided for the bathrooms/stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. Thank you for hosting us, we will be back.

Cute Renovated Property

To get into the property was quick and seamless. Not in the greatest area, but property and parking were gate enclosed. Felt safe! Property was newly renovated, and the rooms were big. Kids room didn't have all the games like the pictured showed. Remotes were switched between rooms; we had a hard time watching TV in the beginning. Property had everything we needed otherwise!

Not as described in several ways

Says it sleeps 10, but will actually sleep four adults and four children at the most (that includes using a cot and sleeping on the couch.Only 4 bath towels and one hand towel per bathroom (2). No washcloths. Only two spoons, so children had to eat breakfast cereal in shifts!Handle on shower fell off while turning the dial.Parking is very confusing. Once you find it, the garage code works from the outside (to get in) but does not work on the inside (to get out). Had to go around and open from the outside to get out.Owner needs to indicate that parking will not accommodate a van (due to low roofline) so I had to go around the neighborhood to find a parking spot for the van, which is very difficult to do, as all parking is metered and tow away zone.I purchased the extra parking spot, but it was so small that an average car could not get in comfortably. Cleanliness: found a long hair in the cot when opening it up. Has a coffee station for K cups, but no decaf coffee pods, tea, etc. In a commercial residential mixed area, very busy. Sound does not work on the TV in bedroom (queen).Internet instructions are on the wall in the queen bedroom. If you didn’t see it, there was no other indication of the internet service.

Location was convenient and ok

The location was convenient and ok, but the cleanest wasn’t great. Seems like they just make a very light cleaning between each clients. Overall it was ok

Don’t stay here until they fix ALL the broken items

From the time we checked to the day we left our stay early things were broken and or dirty. We had to wash our sheets upon arrival due to hair in both the beds we were using(not to mention no flat sheet just a fitted), hair all over the walls, crumbs all in the kitchen cabinets/drawers, stuff still stuck to toilets etc etc. That’s just the cleanliness side of the property, the sliding door that you can access from a walk way wouldnt lock which is super unsafe especially in the neighborhood this property is in! Vanity in one bathroom was literally hanging off the wall(owner did inform us about 20 minute prior to arrival), toilet in same bathroom wasn’t attached to tile floor, shower in this bathroom wouldnt get hot, shower in the other bathroom the 50lb+ sliding part came off on myself when I was trying to exit the shower I can’t imagine if was a child or smaller person! Chair In living room broken and very stained as well.

On top of this make sure you read they charge an extra $15 per person over 2 people even though the home sleeps 10 guest, owner told us this was due to having to wash linens….. I said you mean the lines we had to wash ourselves plus also you mean the one fitted sheet? I’m not one to leave a bad review if the owner takes care but this owner only refunded one night(the night we left early) no other discounts which was just surprising. For all that was wrong with the property.
