I would avoid this hotel like the plague. Booked this place months ago on **********. This week I have had an email from them advising me that they need to cancel the rooms I booked due to an error they made with the price. I have already made plans in the local area and now I have to find alternative accommodation, all so they can make a couple of hundred quid more on my rooms. Why not just honour the room and move on. I have written to them twice and they have ignored my communication. I am no going to go out of my way to ensure I never spend a single penny with this company or any of its partnered hotels. Your customer service is a disgrace!

Absolute disgrace of a hotel. Booked 2 rooms 5 months ago for an event next month, booked on a pre-opening special discounted rate and they have just this week cancelled 4 weeks before due to an “incorrect rate error”. It was a promotional rate as hotel wasn't even built, and they have only now realised that due to this large event, they might be able to get more money out of people for that same weekend and have quadrupled the price!! Clearly from the other reviews on here they have only cancelled bookings with more than one room, I have several friends and family who have booked single rooms who conveniently haven’t been cancelled - money grabbing thieves! Absolutely disgusting behaviour, as someone who works in the hospitality industry - word of mouth travels fast!

酒店没有营业的酒吧或餐厅——前台建议我们如果想喝点东西或吃点东西就去隔壁的诺富特酒店——如果连基本的生活必需品都提供不了,就别开门营业,更别提收取高价了。我们问他们能不能帮忙叫出租车——他们没有答案,也没有任何联系方式——酒店位置偏僻,离金丝雀码头主广场很远,去哪儿都得走一段路。我们要求在房间里提供水——他们说会安排,但什么也没发生——一晚200英镑,应该提供水才对。只有两包英式早餐茶和两杯牛奶——我们不得不要求增加茶包和牛奶——如果有个酒吧,情况或许还不至于这么糟糕。淋浴间非常小——门是向内开而不是向外开,所以你必须挤过去,淋浴盘硌得后背生疼——如果你体型比较大,根本进不去。作为一家新酒店,问题这么多——可惜他们没有吸取任何教训。
我和一位同事预订了这家酒店,本周将在Excel酒店举办活动。然而,由于时间太晚,我们两个的预订都被取消了。结果,该地区所有其他酒店都客满,或者价格高得离谱(远远超出了任何正常的消费标准!)。这个坏消息是通过我们的预订代理收到的一条消息。我的同事打电话给酒店,酒店向他保证预订仍然正常,但周末又收到了更多与此相反的消息。电话无人接听——等了大约10分钟后就挂断了。
