Good location Big property Rooms are well good Garden maintained Staff is extremely helping Food is amazing The only issue we faced was wifi due to some ongoing work. Kitchen staff and management was superb, they took review to increase items and I could see the next day. Very appreciative of the whole staff. Must stay resort as it's perfect package. The area is very peaceful promotes good sleep. Would surely come again. Thanks

It seems like the resort has just opened and no one knows how to run it. I am at the resort as I type this and it has been third day in the same room and even after multiple requests no one is ready to clean the room. The bathrooms leak water and after numerous complaints someone came and cleaned the water. After literally begging for clean towels and drinking water bottle, someone gave it to us at 5 PM. So, if you can stay in an unkempt room for your stay duration then the hotel is fine as it is newly built and looks nice from the outside but, if you are a normal person who likes to stay in a cleanly managed room then avoid this resort till they hire better management.

I arrived a few hours early, naively thinking a hotel might value guests over rigid clock-watching. Silly me. Even with booked rooms in plain sight, I was told to “wait” because apparently, hospitality here runs on a stopwatch, not on service. When I finally got the room (after feeling like I’d committed a crime by arriving on time), it was clear the cleaning staff had only given it a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it wipe-down. Dust, stains, and that special “we-don’t-care” aroma came free of charge. As for luggage support? Nonexistent. You’re on your own, buddy — unless you count the staff standing around pretending they didn’t see you struggling with bags. If you enjoy waiting, hauling your own luggage, and sleeping in a room that looks like the last guest just left, this is your dream destination. Otherwise, avoid at all costs. It was such a mesmerizing stay at devsha resort . Room was luxurious. Staff was too courteous and co-operative, They have a pool cottage rooms which provide personal pool in your rooms . This resort provide various indoor and outdoor activities, ***** with the common pool. Gym and spa is also available. Higly recommend this resort if you are traveling to Jim corbett.
