This unit needs to address several maintenance issues and can use a deep cleaning. The toilet in the master bathroom wasn't flushing properly. The tub in the guest bathroom wasn't drain properly. The French doors leading out to the patio didn't secure properly which was Safety issue! I had to move furniture in front of the door in order to have some peace of mind. Due to this issue I checked out early. The host was rude when I requested check-in information at 4:15 pm and check-in was 5:00. After receiving the keypad code, we needed instructions from the host on how to operate (wasn't a traditional keypad). It would have been helpful to receive instructions on how to operate the door in the check-in information.

Great Stay! Would Recommend to Anyone!
Our family of 7 stayed comfortably in this perfect beach house! As described, we were minutes from the ocean, not to mention the pool on the property! There is also plenty of space to enjoy indoor time! We'd certainly return and recommend this place to anyone looking to stay near one of the nicest beaches we have ever seen.

Gulf Coast Country Jam
This was our first year for the Gulf Coast Jam! The stay was a 10/10. The unit was adorable , great location and couldn’t have been more perfect. Can’t wait for next year !

Great Place To Stay For
This was a great place to stay. It’s located right in the middle of PCB off Front Street. Beach is right across the street and you are within 10-15 minutes of all the great shopping and restaurants in the area. Everyone in my group loved the house. Cleanliness was good in and out of the house. In the master bed room there is one king bed and a twin bed. In the guest bed room there was bunk beds and one full size bed. In the living room there is a pull out couch and plenty of room for an air mattress. All rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was clean and all bathrooms were clean. Would definitely love to stay at this location again highly recommended.

The condo was perfect for our family! The location was close to everything we needed and wanted to do! The condo was very roomy and clean! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay
It was a nice place. We definitely enjoyed our vacation. The grill was a huge plus! The outside patio shower was perfect for after your beach time. Only complaints would be the ants on the patio. You couldn’t be out there long without getting bit by them so it made it hard to enjoy the patio area. Would be nice to also have and umbrella for the patio table. They also did not have any smaller pots to use for can veggies, Mac and cheese, baked beans , or any sides you might have with your meals you cook.

Nice and Roomy
We would stay here again! The townhome was at the “slower” west end of PCB (a definite plus for us) and had plenty of room. The last thing I wanted was to be stacked on top of my family for a week. The beach is easily accessible, markets are close, and the ballfields were easy to get to.
Lucas was extremely easy to communicate with and work with.
It was great having a full kitchen, although it is minimally stocked as far as pots/pans go.
The only negative was that I felt the space could stand a good deep clean. Lots of dust and spiderwebs holding bugs, but nothing too crazy.
