The property is nice the house was clean there were more steps than we realized. The living area and the view of the lake was excellent. Nice patio area with lots of space to relax. The dock was good and we enjoyed the fishing.

Very nice update. Some things to improve onLimited silverware. 6 spoons, forks, mugs. Needs more. Needs Kleenex, baggies, Saran Wrap would have been helpful. Kayak back was broken 1 bottom missing. One person in our group is allergic to cats and the front porch smelled like cat pee.

酒店回复: As described in our template we sent out to you weeks before check in, we do not provide groceries. We provide toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, beach towels, and all linens. We have enough forks, spoons, plates etc for the number of guests we host which is 10 not 6. We live several hours away and there would be no way to replenish the things not listed in our email. That is why it’s is sent out ahead of time so you know what to expect. As far as the cat goes, I am stumped… we do not own a cat or allow any pets on our property. We love dogs, but are highly allergic- so we cannot have any pets on our property.

2 family summer vacation
The property was great especially because we brought pur personal boat. My husband appreciated the ease of having a boat ranp richt by the house and able to keep the trailer at the house.

Best Family Vacation!
We had such an amazing stay in this home. Right on the lake in a cozy and quiet cove it was perfect for our family. We jumped in the lake, floated on floaties and used the kayak. We also rented a boat and had it delivered right to the dock. The inside was clean and perfect for hanging out in the AC and the outside deck was great to barbecue for dinner.

we had problems with arrival. We arrived at 3 minutes to 3:00 check in. The lock would not let us in until exactly 3:00. Too many rules, micromanaging and cameras. One bedroom was too large and the other two, too small. It was a quiet cove with lots of floaty. I will be looking for a different place next year.

酒店回复: Judith, Unless previously arranged with me, check in is at 3pm. You did not ask for early check in. Our automatic locks resets after each guest's stay with your personal code for a 3 pm check in. Because you arrived at property at 2:40 pm and failed to contact me that you were there early, the lock would not open and allow you to enter property until 3pm. Had you contacted me, I could have unlocked the door remotely from my phone, but you did not. Yes, our Master suite is very large-we love it! Our other two bedrooms are of equal secondary bedroom size. Our 2nd bedroom fits a King size bed, and our other bedroom fits4 beds- I would say those are decent size bedrooms. We do have 1 camera on outdoor porch simply for safety since we live so far away. During the winter months its good to keep an eye on the place. With rentals, comes rules. Asking guests to take up trash after each stay is a small ask to keep the critters away at the lake/woods. I hope you find exactly what you are looking for in the future.

Great place for a lake getaway
Quiet cove, comfortable lake house with everything you need. Not too far from town for groceries or to grab dinner. Always have to hit OZARKLAND!
