Great house for fun and spending time with your favorite people. A lot of room. Great set up for the sleeping arrangements. Hosts are fantastic communicators. Definitely recommend it when in Havasu!!

WOW

The house was great, the owners even better. Great at communicating and very welcoming. The Wilson's creek was a sweet touch! We definitely would like to stay again. Games were a plus, ice machine a life saver, shaved ice maker a hit, pool clean, tons of towels for the house, misters wonderful, kitchen and supplies were sooooo amazing. Everything we needed down to paper plates and trash bags. Cleaning gear right under sink made clean up easy. Spices and condiments made things easy. It is nice to leave a few items too for the next guests. The water pressure in bathrooms was perfect. Pro tips from house binder were great (and funny). Thanks for making our trip super easy and like home. It was great to have the laundry room too, were able to wash towels half way through our trip.

Amazing home! The owner/host thought of everything to make their guests comfortable, in need of nothing. Plenty of space for a big family/group. Everyone had an excellent time.

Family gathering in Lake Havasu

We really enjoyed the outdoor space. The pool and patio were amazing, as was the view. The house had plenty of space so we all had our own bathrooms. Kitchen is spacious and fully stocked. Mike was amazing to work with and super responsive throughout the process.

Everything we hoped for

The home is roomy and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We loved the pool and spa. The misters were perfect on a hot evening. The kitchen is roomy and well equipped. Great location. The owners were very responsive to any questions. The home is still in the process of being remodeled but it wasn’t a problem.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We booked our trip for a family getaway over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had a great time and really enjoyed the home along with all the amenities. Mike and Karen were wonderful hosts and very helpful by providing information about how everything worked in the home as well as local things to do. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy our Thanksgiving holiday.

This was a fantastic stay for a bachelor party. The host was kind, responsive, and provided a lot of insight/suggestions to the things our group could do.

The house had a wonderful pool and spa, as well as plenty of sleeping and gathering room. I would highly recommend!

Havasu Weekend Getaway

We’re regulars in Havasu and have stayed at many places. We enjoyed this property because it was comfortable, well stocked, loaded with entertainment and was in a great location. Would recommend for a family type larger group.
