显得很脏,不干净!!!酒店应该解决的!
最吐槽的:酒店对于携程沟通任何问题,起步2-3个小时,而且无值班的管理人员,所有事情只能和小前台沟通,啥权限没有。任何权限都没有!!!
很cao,很不开心!下午6点办理入住让我等待30分钟!然后给了我一间带有联通门的房间(切记千万别要这个房间,非常不安全且膈应)!后来要求换房,等了3个小时,最开始沟通升房间,不同意,我拿出锦江集团白金卡,锦江收购了丽笙酒店,他们不同意,说没有。好,我加钱,加钱也要等45分钟!携程介入也没用,全程携程也只配和酒店前台沟通!
然后,酒店离周边起步5公里,附近无单独餐厅和超市,切记出门只能grab!!!
风景不错,但是记得,风很大!!
我非常不认同是酒店的服务和水平有损丽笙品牌的服务和感觉!!!非常差
被我单方面列入越南旅行对华人不友好酒店清单!
还有,酒店房间配水是玻璃瓶的那种罐装水,我觉得很不卫生!瓶子不知道之前被谁用过,装过什么东西!
最后,感谢携程一直的介入沟通,我觉得我在携程花的钱,值!!!!!
房间宽敞,还有一个L形的阳台,就是厕所有点窄。带宠物入住每晚会收取合理的额外费用。虽然酒店位置离市中心有点远,吃饭不太方便,但度假村的餐厅食物味道不错,价格也实惠。
酒店非常新! 位置比较偏僻, 不开车的话, 只能在酒店里吃饭。 试了酒店的自助晚餐, 简简单单的沙拉, 意面, 排骨加鱼片, 不好吃, 而且还比较贵。 酒店里的娱乐除了游泳池, 也没有网站上描述的sailing之类。

酒店位置离市中心比较远。员工非常友好,但食物实在不怎么样。酒吧点餐等了很久,卫生状况也很差,比如我们去沙丘玩了一趟之后,门口和房间里到处都是沙子,却一直没人打扫。
我妻子对前台的阿曼达女士印象非常好。她非常热情,而且乐于助人。
我们预订的是海景房,结果却拿到了一间能看到村庄景色的房间。后来我们升级到了另一间海景房,但和我们预订的完全不一样。
墙壁脏兮兮的,灯罩脏兮兮的,天花板也脏兮兮的。
这地方糟透了,周围都是破败不堪、废弃的酒店。
早餐和晚餐都很糟糕;越南其他酒店的早餐和晚餐选择要好得多。午餐还不错。
酒店步出便有海滩,泳池宽敞舒适,房间冷气充足,浴室水量极度充足,热水很快便有,员工服务态度优良,笑容可鞠,值得再住。
环境整体很干净舒服
所有东西都很新
这里环境优美安静,适合家庭度假。面积不大。
