I came for my birthday weekend and had another fabulous little break here at Mardi Gras! As always, room was immaculately clean and comfortable, staff friendly and attentive and a good bonus, l had booked Fri and Sat and was offered Sunday night free of charge!!! Well worth it l loved every second of my little getaway.

Our group occupied five rooms over the weekend celebrating a birthday -everyone was pleased with the facilities and cleanliness. Breakfast was good , bar prices very reasonable and all the staff were friendly, welcoming and inclusive. The bar was very busy with cabaret included - however no noise from the bar could be heard in the room and I slept very well . Would recommend and hope to visit again

Unfortunately the Sunday lunch wasn’t a great experience for us. The one chicken option was disappointing, and there was no vegetarian option available, which meant none of the five of us ended up eating. We also felt the atmosphere among staff was a little cliquey, which added to the overall disappointment
八月的第一个周末,我们在这家酒店住了五晚。第一天早上吃过早餐后,发现房间里没有热水,只好下楼去反映。这已经是我们整个周末五次反映热水问题的第一次了。热水时有时无,只有一天早上有热水,晚上也经常没热水,我们只能用冷水洗澡。最后一天早上,热水依然没有恢复,我们下楼去还钥匙,把行李寄存在酒店几个小时。我们觉得这是个好机会,可以要求酒店部分退款,以弥补给我们带来的不便。但由于不知道谁是负责人,我便跟吧台后面的一位女士说了这件事,她随即消失在一扇门后。这时,另一对夫妇走了过来,也说他们的房间没有热水。然后老板出现了,显然是那位女士告诉过我们要求退款。他立刻态度强硬地问道:“是啊,有什么问题吗?”我们五晚住宿一共花了357英镑,所以我建议每天10英镑,我觉得这个价格并不算过分。“你得去找***********。”“我们是直接通过你们预订的。”“那我什么都不会给你们,我光是叫紧急水管工就花了650英镑。”好像这都是我们的错似的。经营一家企业,难道不应该维护好你向潜在客户宣传的设施吗?如果因为某种原因无法做到,难道不应该提供一些经济补偿吗?不,连句道歉都没有。我问他,他会不会预订一家只偶尔有热水的酒店。 “好吧,我已经尽量客气了,让你们把行李放在这儿(这难道不是基本礼仪吗?),但你们的态度实在太差劲了。拿上行李滚出去,不欢迎你们,以后别再来了。”他一边争辩说我们才停了几个小时热水,一边又说我们撒谎。除非真想把他的怒气都抖出来——虽然那样做很爽,但显然不是个好主意——否则我们显然是要空手而归了。要说我当时有多生气,那简直是轻描淡写。他肯定会说我需要控制情绪,就像他之前回复一个差评里用了太多感叹号的顾客一样。我不需要控制情绪,我只需要以后永远不再入住这家破酒店,这对我来说轻而易举。我读过他回复一些不太好的评价,他总是把责任推卸给别人,从不承认自己的过错。合理的投诉都被他斥为“抱怨”,有的甚至说评论者根本没住过,说评论者是“**”、“虚假评论”、“无理取闹”等等。其中一条评论说床垫很不舒服,用了两年了,他的回复是:“我们上个月更换了一半房间的床垫,下个月会更换剩下的。” 如果我们房间的床垫才用了两年,那我岂不是还是21岁?我住过一些很差的酒店,尤其是在布莱克浦,但至少它们都提供了……
预订了这家酒店三晚,结果只住了两晚就退房了。早餐质量极差,员工经验不足,态度恶劣,而且酒店脏乱不堪。下午有变装皇后特里·福克斯小姐的表演,如果你不介意的话,值得一看。

这家酒店绝对是低水准的。我总是不愿意对任何地方写差评,但如果我能阻止人们选择这里而不是其他地方,那我就帮他们一个忙了。这家酒店很旧,破旧,需要彻底翻新。它很脏……在您入住期间,房间没有打扫。床铺没有整理,没有用吸尘器打扫或除尘,套间没有打扫,垃圾桶没有清空。如果价格可能便宜 3 倍,那么也许这些事情可以忽略不计,但所提供的服务收费太离谱了。唯一值得庆幸的是早餐还不错,准备和服务的员工都非常好。
到达时酒店已关门。我们被困住了,后来才发现他们每周关门三天,我们却没有收到通知。我们已经付了房费,但仍在等待退款,因为酒店无视*******。
我在这里住过几次,这次我和亲戚又回来住了两晚,从开始到结束,我们度过了一段美好的时光,老板约翰和托尼、唐娜和所有工作人员都非常友好和热情。这是一个非常棒的住宿地点,装饰一尘不染,非常干净,床非常舒适,房间里有你需要的一切。非常热情。今年晚些时候我们会再来。
