We stayed at this property for two nights in June. The building is visually appealing and clean, but that’s where the positives stop. The indoor humidity was relentless, and our room had no functioning phone. Despite reporting it, no action was taken. With no other rooms available, we were left in discomfort for our entire stay. Management (specifically General Manager Mike Patel) offered a minimal discount after lengthy discussion. Post-stay, we were charged for a “stained pillow” and sent photo “evidence” that didn’t match the room we were in. This left us questioning not just the quality of service, but the integrity of the billing process. I encourage other travelers to review their charges carefully and ask questions. Clean doesn’t mean comfortable. This stay left a bad taste, and I would not recommend this property until there’s a leadership or policy change.

The manager when we chevked ib was crabby andnot helpful. All he said was no to every question. Tgenext day I asked Perka the sane questions and got mostly yes except for the pool which was clised during our stsy. I had to change rooms. Had a suite on the end next to the freeway. Too noisy too dleep.

The room smelled awful. The sheets are scratchy and had stains. The couch you couldn’t sit on because the bed wouldn’t close all the way.

The staff was great!! My only gripe was being told I couldn’t have additional towels. That was a first.
