The property itself was lovely and enjoyable. Finding our room was difficult with no way to contact anyone for help. Otherwise a very nice stay.

It’s been very hot in Hamburg during my stay but the room is without air-conditioning with only one window openable with a small gap and one fan in upstairs of the two-layered apartment. I’m disappointed that no extra fan can be arranged so it’s very hot during the night for a good sleep. The exhaust fan in bathroom is not working. Even the tablet holder in the dishwasher is not working so it cannot clean the dishes properly. Overall it’s a disappointing experience.

一切都好，我们只是不明白为什么如果想预订下周的房间，价格会一周比一周贵。
自助入住，一定要在入住前进行网上登记，之后会收到大厦及房间密码，位置方便，路口18号公车直出中央车站，附近走路3-5分钟有超市，公寓内有厨具可煮食，非常舒适
酒店位置绝佳，步行到地铁站大约5分钟。附近也有公交车站。房间现代宽敞，带小厨房，虽然没有电水壶（但有热水壶）。浴室很棒。我最大的不满是酒店的组织安排。我收到的邮件里只有房间门的密码。打电话给酒店，却一直无人接听，也没有任何等待时间的提示。在外面等了很久之后，幸好另一位客人过来，在我出示预订确认单后，他才让我进去。
我们的住宿体验近乎完美。公寓与广告上的图片完全一致。步行即可到达购物场所，步行15分钟即可到达阿尔斯特湖。火车站距离公寓约5分钟路程。我们非常满意。在线办理入住也很便捷。我们一定会再次入住，Marco P.
压力很大……预订了一周……抵达时一切都很安静……房间真的很漂亮，很温馨……我们发现窗户打不开，所以根本没法换新风……我们联系了酒店，他们让我们换了一天的房间，然后告诉我们之后必须再换房间！！！……所以6天要搬3次家……这一切都非常让人压力很大……此外，楼梯部分损坏，上面贴着某种胶带……有摔倒的危险……经过这一切，酒店承诺退款，但一个半月过去了，我们到现在还没收到退款……完全是德国式的……只在他们自己的业务中做到了精准。他们还吹嘘自己的精准
