We arrived late in the evening after telling the hotel beforehand and despite this when they showed us to the room it had not been cleaned. They then took us to another room which looked like it had been cleaned but when we pulled the sheets apart there was hair all over and sheets had clearly been slept in. the bathroom was quite dirty with hair on the floor and when I asked them to clean the bathroom the next day, they confirmed they had cleaned it but the hair and grime was still there. To be fair,the reception people tried to help out and even changed the sheets but it was a poor experience. They also could not get our breakfast order right. The dinner had more oil than food in it and while somewhat tasty, we felt like an engine being fueled after eating it. I would recommend you find another place to stay. Maybe this used to be a good hotel once but it is not longer.

Location is good. Parking not available but can be parked nearby spaces. Food very good quality but very less for the price charged. Excellent smart tv and lightings. Thoughtful water heating kettle and amenities. Well laid out room. Additional blankets need to be kept during winter cold. Bedding quality can be higher and better. Overall a good stay. Thank you
