Great Location near campus. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The rooms are both large and functional. Check-in and check out was compliment by a friendly staff.

I've stayed here twice in the past 3 months, once when they first opened and again in October 2025. The hotel is just an average experience, but they charge premium prices for proximity to the university. The breakfast is poor - little variety or choices - and certainly not consistent with what I've had at other Fairfield. Also, they don't offer anything for Gold Convoy - not even a bottle of water. I've asked both times and the front desk staff say the don't do this at this property.

Brand new Fairfield Inn as of August 6, 2025. Modern and comfortable design with a welcoming front desk staff. The exercise room is spacious with various cardio equipment, dumbells, exercise balls, kettlebells, foam rollers. The breakfast area has a couple of booths, several table and a community table with a large TV. Breakfast had typical offerings including waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal a variety of breads, bagels, etc. The room was quiet with responsive HVAC controls and comfy bedding. There is plenty of parking and the the hotel is situated by large trees and adjacent to a residential area.
