Communication with the hotel was excellent from the moment I booked. Since we were arriving early, I messaged ahead to ask if we could leave our bags before check-in. To our surprise, upon arrival the front desk staff checked us in immediately and showed us to our rooms, so we didn’t have to wait around. I want to thank Khizar Ali and Khurram Shahzad at the front desk for their outstanding service. The reception area is a little small, with just enough seating for a few people, but this was never an issue for us. The hotel itself is partially open, with the top three floors currently in operation and the lower three floors still not open. Several additional facilities—such as a gym, breakfast area, and meeting rooms—are located in the sections that are still being prepared. The rest of the building is intended to host a mall. While construction appears complete, the units are not yet occupied. I assume that within the next few months the hotel will have a completely different look and feel once everything is fully operational. We booked a room with two single beds and an ensuite with a toilet and shower. Essentials such as shampoo, body lotion, soap, toothbrushes, a comb, and a shaving kit were provided. The room also included a fridge and tea/coffee-making facilities. Housekeeping serviced our room daily with fresh towels. Special thanks to Afzaal from housekeeping for making sure our room was always clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
