We were told On check-in that there was construction directly above our room. (We arrived Friday at 4pm).
They said they had no other room to move us to. We were assured there would be no construction after 5 pm or on Saturday.
Construction was well after 5pm and on Saturday! We called the desk - they said they’d call us back. No call back, still construction.
The room was dirty.
The bathtub did not drain during the shower (lovely to have an inch of water while showering…)
I would not recommend this facility ever again.

Didn't have breakfast, but the room was really clean, the bed was comfortable and parking and check-in were both easy. I've stayed here twice--for short stays. The price and the cleanliness make the decision to re-book easier.

Great Room and Staff
Front Desk Attendant was super nice and inviting. Room was clean, stocked and comfortable. Courtyard was beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast hot with lots to choose from. Will stay again!

We got there. Took a shower next morning when we got up went to get dressed. The bottom of our feet were black from the dirt from the floors.

The hotel looks much nicer in photos. Once we checked into our room and got all of our stuff to the room, we noticed that the light in the room would not work and also there was no box in the room to even have TV. The nice girl from the front desk came up and tried to help us and ended up having to move us to a whole different room.There were a lot of rooms that were not usable. The rooms that were available were not very clean or nice! The pool was closed due to maintenance, but nothing was going on with it. Right in the middle of the summer!!! Lots of sketchy people hanging out around the rooms. Definitely will not be staying here again!!

This was an inexpensive option for a weekend stay to visit family. Culpepper is a very neat place to shop and eat. There were noisy guests and trucks in lot, but could happen everywhere. Staff was very cooperative and friendly. All you needed was to ask and they would help
优点：
- 早餐自助餐相当不错，虽然不是五星级水准，但对于汽车旅馆来说，食物一点也不差，感觉像是一个不错的额外福利，不像其他酒店提供的“免费早餐”选择很糟糕。
缺点：
- 房间很脏（难道是前一位住客留下的垃圾吗？）
- 有霉菌……看起来维修人员试图用油漆覆盖。
- 价格不太值，但考虑到它的位置，离景点不远，这点我能理解。
总体：
我最初被分配的房间，在浴缸和地板上发现了碎玻璃。（这不禁让人怀疑客房服务员到底做了什么）
前台工作人员都非常友好、专业，我对他们没有任何负面评价，他们立即帮我换了另一个房间。
房间本身有霉菌、很脏，还有一股难闻的气味。但话说回来，对于汽车旅馆来说，这通常也是意料之中的事。
结论：
- 我肯定不会再住这家汽车旅馆了，我宁愿多花点钱去别处住更舒适、至少更干净的房间。说实话，我和朋友预订汽车旅馆而不是酒店是我的错。
如果你不介意健康问题，不介意清洁度和霉菌……那它至少是个遮风避雨的地方，如果没有其他选择，也总比没有好。
工作人员非常友好。酒店旁边就是餐厅和酒吧，晚餐美味，早餐也很有营养。酒店环境优美，泳池也很干净。无可挑剔！给五星好评！
