It was fine, but nothing to rave about. I only got luke warm water every evening/ night I took a shower. Maid service is available daily, but only to change out your towels & empty the trash. We were told that sheets didn't get changed or bed made until 72hrs after checking in. No box of tissues & windows didn't open at all (not even a crack). It got so dry in our room that we needed to go out & buy a humidifier. Continental breakfast was offered which was a nice surprise because when we called to ask, we were told no breakfast was included in the stay. The hotel only has small"business" rooms, so if you're going for a large event, note that the larger venue is about 1/3 mi away (easy walk or a quick drive).

The resort is very large. Our one bedroom cabin was near the boundary and very quiet and cozy. The minus 1 star is based on the lack of information the staff has regarding events. It was tough to find someone who knew locations and schedules of the light and drone show. Shame on the droners for being 90 minutes late to start the show. Many families left due to the cold temps.
