The property is easily accessible and near the Lucknow junction and Lucknow Charbagh railway stations. It's at a walking distance from both of them. 5/5
I did not try the food.
Rooms were clean and maintained. Though it appeared that rooms lacked ventilation. If you have a stay of a couple of days, it might become depressing in such rooms. Bathroom was also clean. Staff was cooperative and welcoming. Room also had a full length mirror.
Things which can be improved -
1. Bathroom slippers should be provided in each room.
2. The staff and workers were making a lot of noise on the floor above my room which was irritating.
3. There was no storage space/ cupboard provided.
4. Bedsheets were clean but somehow had 2-3 very tiny red/ black insects. They bit me on my legs and hands before I realised that there were these very tiny insects. This was the worst part of the stay.
5. As per the size, ventilation and facilities provided in the rooms, the price was very high.

STAFF 's behavior is respectful. AND FOOD ALL ARE GOOD. all amenities were Okey. location was little in inner side

The property has a good room service facility and the staff are very friendly, well behaved and cooperative. The room has all the good stuffs. I have been repeating here thrice adding this time.

The stay was really good. Only one problem though, the main door knob was faulty in the room I received. But overall the stay was very good.
