Our 2nd stay at this property was even more memorable than the first. The Luxury mountain view room with Jacuzzi was spacious and had a wonderful sweeping view of the mountains. The breakfast spread was good but the highlight for us was the in room dining. All the dishes were amazing and even the recommendations by the dining staff were top notch. Shweta from the restaurant staff, Sabitha the personal caretaker and Deepti and Savita from the housekeeping team were always there for any requests. All the staff made sure that our toddler had a wonderful time too.

Excellent 2 night stay at this hotel. The staff are exceptional - very welcoming, happy to help in any way they could to make our stay one to remember. The restaurant staff were able to offer excellent advice on what dishes to order to suit our tastes. The swimming pool was well maintained and the views from there amazing. Lovely evening walk to see the sunset.

Had a great stay at palette vagamon. The rooms were excellent maybe the best you could find at vagamon. Super friendly staff paired with great view and food made my stay memorable.

We had an great time together at palette hotels and resorts Our first time at palette resort. It was excellent stay. Rooms and facilities great. Restaurant service was great. All staffs Are very polite especially Sabitha (GRE) Swetha (Restaurant Captain ) was very helpfull and good smily.

First of all Thank you very much to Palette Resort and Management.... My first point is that , it was a very good move to have such a beautiful staff having here at palette, all are hard working staff, the excellent service shown by the restaurant staff during the breakfast rush is time . As well as how pleasant the reception staff is to welcome us. And one important thing that made us happy from the time we checked in to the time we left is the smile on the face of the General Manager Satyakirthi Nair, we are really love his smile, where ever he met any guest he is throwing the smile immediately, during checking out time we can’t met him and we saw he was attending meeting near lobby area with staff and we went say bye to him. Any way we will visit again Vagamon and Stay here in Palette . Advance Happy New Year…
