When I first went in the room it was dirty and bed was unmade. After housekeeping "fixed" it up i went in and it was still dirty and the bed looks like it was remade with the same blankets and I had to request a new set. Ended up leaving in the middle of the night cause i woke up to an itch, turned in the light and found bedbugs

It rained in through the AC both nights. One of the beds had broken springs. I told the staff. Also I asked for the room to be cleaned. When we got back it had not been cleaned.

Roaches in the room on the floor and in the bathroom. Fighting in the hallways, bad mildew smell constantly and fire alarm going off constantly

It is an affordable room, you get what you pay for. I get rooms at motel 6 quite a bit. 2 times i have gotten dirty rooms. I come back because they care. They make it right. Customer service is on point, they need to hire better house keepers.

Just cold water for bath. Smell like drug. Coffee is terrible. All the bed sheet are dirty and broken.

接待员太不专业了。
我们的预订单上写着禁止携带宠物！
我们那层楼的一个房间里竟然有三只大狗！！而且这些狗竟然自己在走廊里乱跑！！
显然，酒店的主人根本不在酒店！！
我们多次向前台投诉后，他们却说他们无能为力，因为狗知道怎么开房门，他们联系不上主人！！
房间内部简直糟透了！！
地板上满是面包屑，浴室脏兮兮的，毛巾上沾满了污渍！！
我们最后在午夜左右离开，去了另一家酒店！！
我原本以为这里会是一个体面、简朴的住处。但事实却并非如此。入口处有浓重的香烟味，走廊里更是难闻。我想住在无烟房间，但一开门就闻到一股难闻的臭味。房间状况不佳，微波炉坏了，浴缸很脏，马桶有裂缝，水槽堵塞了。第二天早上，电梯坏了，我们不得不下楼，因为有人被困在里面，这更增加了这个地方的不安全感。我不推荐这个地方，再也不会来这里了。
