We had an excellent getaway! The apartment was comfortable and spacious, and the traditional breakfast options were delicious. The hotel’s convenient location made it easy to reach nearby attractions and return each day for our toddler’s nap. We will certainly be coming back to Šafran!

酒店全新开业，环境舒适，干净整洁，热情友好接待服务。房间设施齐全，套房餐具齐全，很适合家庭度假的选择，有免费的停车位，早餐挺丰富……
checkin的时候说是要留下所有护照办理手续大概半小时左右归还。我们不同意护照离开视线，前台只能马上办理。大概10分钟左右办好了。家庭公寓两间房。去的时候是下雪天很冷。但是房间暖气片还没开。只有一个空调在客厅内。房间里都没有供暖。双床的两张床非常小，大概80-90公分宽。空调也是一会坏一会好。提出太冷了是否可以打开暖气片。一开始说不行 是整栋楼统一的。后来给拿来了一个取暖器。但是只有一个。后来和携程反应了。最后打开了暖气片。还算不那么冷了。
