刚刚装修好的房子,9.30开业,人员还不是很熟练,但是服务态度很好,预定的亲子房没住上,给加床并提供了都商务套房和早餐,后面的商场还没开,距离mid valley 十多分钟的路程,离关口也很近,2公里左右。下次还会再来。

性价比超高的酒店,订亲子房可以享受行政酒廊,关键这个酒廊什么都有,像自助餐一样。酒店很新,服务超赞。两大两小最适合的酒店。
本来觉得喜来登应该也不会太差 , 但是真的大失所望 , 无论服务和设施
1. 房间不大 , 甲醛的味道大到熏眼睛
2. 房间竟然有苍蝇
3. 本来定了含晚餐的套票 , 去到餐厅,竟然告知要先订, 当晚已经订满,够奇葩的 , 这个如果应该要定就要在入住前应该和客户沟通好 , 临时安排一个边角的位置 太让人失望. 餐厅马来服务员就在旁边站着 , 全程在玩手机 , 毫无服务意识。
4. 这个价格在新山应该是5星级酒店的标准, 但很失望
酒店环境非常好 服务人员也非常热情友善 还给延迟一小时退房 特别是还给免费加了早饭 不错!非常值得大家入住!
这是两个月内第二才来打卡了,酒店十月才新开张,设施和物品都非常新,客房内空间较大,标配大理石圆桌,在房间内叫餐的时候尤其方便。早餐和周末的下午茶自助,食物品质都很不错,选择也丰富,大堂内周末还有彩绘和小丑制作气球的活动,非常适合带娃又想在酒店轻松休闲的父母们。停车库由于楼里联通的商场还未启用的原因,空气流通有待改善,相信商场运作后,这家酒店的宝藏程度还能继续提升。

如果您尝试在下午3点到4点半之间办理入住,那您就得等着了。看到一些负面评论,在我看来,有些简直是无理取闹。
感觉这家酒店需要更多的客房服务人员,一旦这些初期问题解决了,那就会是五星级的住宿体验。
我们在这家酒店的住宿开局很棒,受到了礼貌员工的欢迎。酒店设施相当新,我们最初非常满意。然而,我们遇到了一个大问题。
第二天,我们发现房间里的水被污染了,因为它有很强的汽油味。一位工程师迅速回应并确认了污染,安排我们换到另一个房间。服务人员也及时协助我们搬家。
不幸的是,搬到新房间后,我们再次发现水里有同样的汽油味,喝起来也有这种味道。协助我们的行李员也证实了自来水中的异味。我们觉得奇怪的是,酒店公共区域的自来水却没有这种气味。
退房时,我们向工作人员反映了持续存在的问题,并希望酒店能采取纠正措施解决水污染。尽管有这个问题,我们还是很享受这次住宿,将来会考虑再次入住。
新山喜来登饭店给我的整体体验非常出色,无论是卫生、位置、服务还是设施,各方面都令人十分满意。
卫生程度无可挑剔,客房和公共区域都非常干净整洁,让人住得很放心。
服务人员态度亲切专业,从入住到退房都感受到贴心的照顾,有任何需求都能迅速回应。
设施方面也相当完善,健身中心、泳池等维护得很好,无论是休息还是工作,环境都很舒适。
下次来新山一定会再次选择这里!
酒店很新,一切都非常干净。遗憾的是,工作人员似乎还没完全接受培训,对酒店情况也不太了解,比如酒店里有什么设施,能为客人提供什么服务等。但我猜这些都需要时间来提升和完善。
酒店环境很好,早餐也很丰富,配套设施齐全,有泳池、嬉水池、健身房等等。停车也方便,就是周边的吃饭、购物不太方便。
