Friendliest staff ever!!!! We arrived pretty late and on Christmas eve. We had a very easy travel experience getting to Charleston then a few days later our trip up to Greenville. We met a lot of very nice people but I don't think I met anyone as friendly as "Joshua" the young man working behind the desk. He was waiving and smiling the second we walked into the building! The lobby was clean, the elevators and hallway clean and the room very fresh. Blackout curtains made for a good night's rest with a breakfast included the next day! Another very friendly employee "Pam" did a very nice job remaking the room when we were gone and very friendly the couple times we talked to her. The final employee we dealt with on checkout was Janishe, again very friendly and helpful. I think the strongest point to this hotel is the staff. All hotels have parking and similat amenities, the staff here cares about their work ethic and treats the customers great......highly recommended!!!!!
