Parking easy. Breakfast average. Staff friendliness and helpfulness was to the moon and back good - exceptional.
Room cleanliness: dirty spots on the floor especially close to the base trim. The most difficult thing was seeing pet hair on our socks. Nice of you to allow them, but you must put more effort into cleaning those rooms. We would prefer to know if you’ve had animals in our room, particularly the same day we arrive. Thank you.

We didn’t have breakfast there. Our room was very clean- perfect except housekeeping had left a spray bottle of cleaning solution behind. Otherwise, the hotel was pristine, super quiet and comfortable. Staff was very helpful with questions and were also very friendly

The room was immaculate and so spacious!! Parking was more than ample!
Staff in all areas were pleasant and friendly!! The breakfast was excellent, good variety and plenty of seating. The staff attending the buffet were so friendly and kind!
This was my first time traveling alone and I was a little apprehensive, but I felt very safe and secure,especially in the room. Loved that you had digital key, dead bolt and another gizmo which if door was opened, it prevented the door being opened completely!!
Loved that on a chilly night you could sit outside next to a gas fire table. Even other guests were so friendly!!
I hope you continue to keep up the good work!
