员工态度粗鲁，冷漠无情。我们住了五晚，直到我们苦苦哀求前台，才有人来打扫房间。早餐总是迟迟不到，每天的借口都是“我们晚点了”。每天早上，每张桌子底下都堆满了食物残渣和杂物。室内泳池的躺椅破损严重（非常不安全），泳池底部也堆积了大量杂物。早班前台服务员要么在睡觉，要么在打电话。鸡蛋粉根本没法吃。不过，每天提供的水果倒是很不错。房间的地毯非常脏，还有好几处大块的污渍。周末的早餐服务员态度极其恶劣。但工作日的服务员帕特里斯却非常热情。我们绝不会再入住这家酒店。

Very clean and nicely done design and style. The bed and pillows were lacking in comfort and the coffee maker in our room reeked of mold. The cleaning staff started making extremely loud sounds in the hallway at 8:00 am on a Sunday morning banging on doors and yelling to each other down the hallways waking us up earlier than we wanted to be. They also began knocking on our door at 10:00 when checkout wasn’t until 11:00. It’s really rude and the staff should be advised of that because when you pay $200 to stay in a space only from 4:00pm until 11:00 am the next day, you shouldn’t have to be subjected to all the intrusions. I hate that all hotels lack this consideration of their guests.

Shermara who was the front desk staff helped out the whole wedding party group. She was efficient and friendly. Very personable. The hotel was excellent and clean. Rooms were very njce.

Everything was great! room was BIG and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is a shuttle that goes downtown which is nice, a little pricey but was to be expected. We sat at the bar after the football game and the bartender was great! Breakfast was decent and NOT Included (just FYI). But overall our stay was fantastic and I would definitely stay there again.

Room was clean. But soaps in shower and sink were empty. Left message to refill and they didn’t. No bar soap. Maid service every other day. So no coffee refill. I pay same price every day for room. Should have same service daily. I paid for it should not have to go to desk and get amenities
