Great stay in OKC area. New hotel with well appointed mini kitchen. Stove microwave dishwasher refrigerator etc Staff was great. Gym is better than average. My platinum status with Marriott was not really acknowledged but I don’t think there is much difference in rooms so the lack of an upgrade didn’t make to much difference. Would stay again and recommend!

This place was 10+++. Would not hesitate to stay again. From the great staff to the beautiful room, the hot breakfast, and the workout room. The Towneplace is brand new, exceptionally spotless, the bed we just sank into after a 10 hour drive, all the amenities you could possibly need, places to eat within minutes of walking distance. When the staff is happy, you know its because they love their job. From Jessie, who checked us in to the breakfast staff who was full of joy, smiles, and helpfulness, we didn't want to leave. I even asked the very kind gentleman at the front desk when we were leaving if we were going to find another Townplace down the road tonight as wonderful as this place. To say we were spoiled with this place is an understatement. We didn't want to leave. Also, the room! Wow! It had a full-size refrigerator, a dishwasher, a large microwave, and even a 2 burner electric stove, along with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Everything you would need to make a meal if you wanted to. The room was very modern, the bathroom was huge, and the bed from the pillows, blankets, and sheets was outstanding. We just can't say enough about Townplace Suites. Don't hesitate to stay there.

My family and I stayed here for 6 nights. The staff was friendly, our room was spotless, and we had a quiet and comfortable night's rest. This hotel is just a few minutes from Tinker AFB, which was great for BX/Commissary access. Our disappointments were the pool and breakfast. Marriott, please supply your hotels with tasty, high-quality breakfast. Everything was bland- and I'm sorry, but when oatmeal with a variety of toppings is the highlight of your breakfast, things are just plain sad. How do you find flavorless English muffins? The pool area was just plain gross. I know bugs are a thing, but the pool was filled with bugs ... big bugs like beetles and huge moths...all the time. We noticed the same trash and discarded clothing next to the pool, and napkins and Band-Aids on the bottom of the pool for three days. Pools need frequent skimming, and I don't know if this one was cleaned during our stay. Also, no towels at the pool area at all for three days, so we gave up on the possibility of swimming, even after bringing up the condition of the pool and pool area to the front desk twice. It was 97-102 every day, so a swim would have been nice.

YOUR KEY WILL STOP WORKING PRIOR TO CHECK OUT TIME. They do not tell you when you check in but your key will not work at least a half hour+(did not ask the exact time. Found out the hard and very inconvenient way) before checkout time, which is noon.
