Rooms and hotel property is full of freshness.
Material selection is good in the rooms, toilet, & the restaurant.
Staff is polite & courteous except a few.
All the amenities like WiFi, Gym are available in good condition.
The breakfast spread is very good & delicious & fresh except for some dry fruits.

Worst experience with mmt and tulip inn lots of noise at 3am in night there was no light not a good management very pathetic experience i don’t how did mmt evaluate this hotel.Never gonna book with mmt worst experience ever. No one was liable for this hotel didn’t even had a audacity to take claim nor mmt.worst

Overall experience was good, new property, neat. Food was good, service was ok. At the same time some amount of disturbance was felt as interior work is going on in the property

It was a warm & pleasant stay with Tulip Inn 😍
The room was spacious enough to breathe & the interior was also good enough.
Also enjoyed good showering & clean restroom.
Overall service was good, I had a warm welcome at reception by Ms. Bulbul, other staff were also welcoming except one.
Breakfast spread was very nice, fresh, well presented with all hygiene arrangements.

the hotel is not available on cab services like OLA, so we faced difficulty in reaching the hotel. the hospitality was poor there was no one there to carry the luggage at the gate and the washroom was dirty, although they changed the room on complaint but new one was also not much clean but we accepted that room. telephone was not working we can contact only to the reception and every time for in room dinning or housekeeping services we call and explain to the receptionist that the number is not working that's why we are calling you at this number. TV was not working and we made complaints about the same but there was no response from there's side just one answer every time dekhte hai shi karate hai. no closed RO water bottle available in room. even at checkout, they didn't give the discount as mentioned in the offer. only beautiful building but services not well
