This stay really lived up to their slogan of wanting you to feel and travel at the ease of your home. Free washing machine to use (cannot wash undergarments), and there’s steam iron, microwave in the stay. Do take note that cigarettes smoke smell is present should you not be very lucky, as other rooms that permits smoking are arranged in the same level. You mainly smell it at the common aisle though. However, I do think that all room are permitted to smoking or people just do it despite warnings. I had my first room kena the smoke smell, then second room upon changing kena again. Did spray tons of room freshener but nope, no cure la. Where got so fast can disappear 🥲. Else wise all good!!!!
上次住home2suites是在芝加哥，印象中不错😌，所以这次来昆明玩选择住在这里
早餐很不错，小锅米线加配菜和菌菇简直绝绝子，鲜花饼也是非常好吃😋
房间舒适，简易厨房及其干净，房间内只需要短袖单衣即可一点不冷
酒店马路对面餐厅及水果店一应俱全，出门就餐方便
跟他们的slogan 一模一样，住的跟家里一样舒服。家里有啥设施这里基本上都有。烫衣服的，洗衣服，微波炉…
服务周到！把我们一大家族的4间房都安排在同一成。但是每个房间好像都是可以吸烟的（虽然我们已要求无烟处理也喷了很多次空气净化剂，但烟味一时半会儿也散不掉🥲）。 接受不了的可以向前台换房间，不能保证下个房间无烟味…我们就中了两个都有哈哈哈哈哈哈….楼道有时候也能嗅到浓浓的烟味🚬，因为其他房里有猛吸🤯。
旅游的话倒是还可以，因为是短暂住，大部分的时间也不在房间…我们可能很倒霉吧……
没啥声音的问题哈，之前看有人评论隔音效果不好，说实话，挺好的…我是浅睡眠的人….

好的地方：房间比较大，我们订的房型适合一家三口住，而且房间椅子比较多，酒店的普洱茶好喝，早餐还可以，大厨很热情，还推荐了鲜花饼，点赞👍。
不好的地方：我觉得服务还是有所欠缺：1、前台提前打电话问询问是否需要把床准备好，这个准备了，还问了孩子的是否准备儿童的，我说要儿童的，结果去了都是大人的……2、现在属于旅游淡季，但是我们下午14、15点回房间还没有打扫……于是我们就想算了，就别打扫了，水和纸巾没了，让前台给送，前台居然不给送，让上前台自己拿去……全国各地住这么多酒店，还是第一次下午这个房间还没打扫的……3、最不推荐的就是新装修的味道还是蛮大的，进电梯就能闻到。
酒店的地理位置很好，自驾过去非常的方便，因为小宠物得了重疾，需要给小宠物打干细胞，所以入住了这家酒店，酒店有自己的停车场，停车方便，酒店的房间很大，设施齐全，工作人员礼貌热情，酒店早餐品种丰富，厨师也非常周到还询问客人常住，是否有喜欢的菜品可以单独给做，而且酒店还是宠物友好。
盲定的酒店…价格完美。前台小姐姐耐心。由于起的晚没吃早餐…楼下有住店可以的水吧。距离花市和各种饭馆都不远…溜溜达达哪里都去了。
被子暖暖…床品还好。下次去还会住。

前台服务很一般，其他都非常优秀。
周边热闹，环境好 周边很对树林可以散步，还有很多饭店和一所学校，停车非常方便。
设施唯一不足的是 --这是全国唯一一家惠庭没有生活吧洗手台的！！ 跟平时住的旅居概念的惠庭不太一样。。。。
位置很好找，特别好找！路边很大的标志！卫生很到位，客房服务很好，卫生无死角！前台服务态度非常好，距离地铁站很近！好评！

房间装修得很漂亮，订的房间里沙发可以变成一张小床，睡起来特别舒服，很适合一家人口住，早餐也很丰富，各方面都很好！
