Not as nice as the photos imply. Stayed in the loft, which is in the basement and the windows are not only covered by advertisements but also the window dressings/curtains don’t open. So it is extremely dark all day long. Also they keep the thermostat on 60 Fahrenheit so when you come in from the freezing cold, your room is also freezing cold and you must wait nearly an hour for it to heat up.
There is free coffee, tea, and water available all day in the lobby. There is a gym. The location is extremely convenient.
So if you only need a place to sleep and keep clothes, the place is fine. If you want sunlight in your room during the day, the loft is a dark dungeon and the pics of it are falsely advertised.

The bed was caved in so we didn't get a good night's sleep. I almost fell off the toilet seat which was disconnected on one side and was too small for the toilet. The water took fifteen minutes to reach lukewarm. The outlet on the lamp by the bed didn't work.

Room was clean and in good conition. Staff was excellent.
Would suggest adding some hooks in the bastroom for towels and clothing.

酒店位于布鲁克林，附近有很多熟食店，所以很容易找到吃的。早餐是包含的，但非常简单……不过能有早餐还是很不错的。房间很干净。床也很舒服。有个阳台可以抽烟挺好的。
酒店离地铁很近，非常方便。描述中写着包含早餐，但早餐只有面包，连火腿都没有。
这家酒店简直是骗子！虽然预订是免费取消的，但他们还是擅自扣款了。我联系酒店想取消并退款，结果根本联系不上。
地理位置绝佳，就在市中心。附近有很多咖啡馆、酒吧、餐厅和复古商店。
酒店提供免费咖啡和茶。
可惜的是，房间门很薄很脆弱，所以能听到走廊里的所有噪音。
房间宽敞，配备了微波炉和冰箱。
浴室很大，而且很新。
我会很乐意推荐这家酒店。
绝对不推荐这间阁楼公寓。
窗户都打不开，气味难闻，而且升级的价格，你完全可以住在曼哈顿市中心。
工作人员倒是超级友好。
浴室的玻璃门污迹斑斑，令人作呕，房间昏暗，以黑色为主色调。照片严重误导人。
员工很有礼貌，房间也还可以。酒店正门很脏，不太吸引人，大堂还要爬一段楼梯才能到。安保似乎不足，考虑到酒店位于工业区，这令人担忧。不会再入住。
